I have it id'd as B-1-183 Avn, but I'm not sure. I have a  note suggesting it's for a company of 1-212 Avn, but again, not sure.

My guess is AFSC or AFMC, late 80's/early 90's at Gunter; possibly a component of the Standard Systems Center.
