Some more unknown WWI era insignia
« on: October 28, 2015, 09:22:24 pm »
Here are some more out of that same old collection.

Winged wheel insignia. A little over two inches wide. Very stylized wing attached to what looks like a wagon wheel.

Pin back with an open hook type catch.

Cannon in a horseshoe pin.

A little over an inch tall. Has an inverted horse shoe with an old style cannon imposed on it.

Pin back. Appears French made.

BCC City Of Baltimore collar device.

About an inch and a quarter tall. * back.

Maybe not even military related.

Arch De Triumph collar disc.

About three quarters of an inch tall.

Brass construction, with a solid stud post like backing.

Tower Insignia with 11 on it.

Copper colored metal background.

Looks like a castle tower with 11 imposed on it.

Pin back with a drop in type catch.

The tower insignia looks like a metal badge that was worn by Corrections Canada for 5 years service in the prison system.

Bob,
Good evening.  I grew up in Baltimore.  It's possible your BCC pin represents Baltimore City College (which is actually a high school).  I'm not an expert and certainly not for sure but that was my first thought when I saw it.
