We have not raised dues in nearly 10 years, and that dues increase in 2008 was to cover increases in printing and mailing. Printing costs have gone up, but not to the extent that the Post Office has raised rates.

The BoG decided to make the printing of the Newsletter optional for those who do not have email addresses. They are required to contact Al O in writing to request a NL. If you have an email address, you can continue to read the Newsletter on line on the website, but it will not be mailed to you. The Trading Post will continue to be printed and mailed to everyone who does not have a digital membership. If you received The Trading Post in the mail, you will continue to do so - as long as you pay your dues.

A number of you are entirely confused, and think it is The Trading Post that is not being mailed.

TP - 64 pages, full color, heavy duty shiny paper

NL - 20 pages, B & W, lightweight dull paper
