11:00 am to 5:00 pm: Set up day. Table holders/helpers only.

Must be finished setting up by 5:00 pm.

Friday, July 16^th

8:00am-9:00am: Table holders/helpers only

9:00am-5:00pm: Table holders & Members

9:00am-5:00pm: ALL – Open to the Public

Saturday, July 17^th

8:00am-9:00am: Table holders/helpers only

9:00am-3:00pm: ALL – Open to the Public

NOTE: There is no charge for display tables IF you are also purchasing Sales Tables

No live ammunition and no firearms of ANY type allowed at this event – no exceptions

There are 60 plus hotels within 10 miles of the MAPS Museum.
